They told us that the machine was being repaired, but in reality, we think they just didn't have anyone available to make coffee at that moment.
At 6:30 AM there is no way to get a coffee. Having to get up earlier for a tour or an event, or just the fact of being jet-lagged can be a big issue for many travelers, and if you are staying at this hotel it can be a great inconvenient.
